Carolina Badawy is a luxury real estate specialist based in Reserva Conchal, Guanacaste, on Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast. She grew up in the capital city of San José, but her studies in Business Administration and passion for nature drew her to the Costa Rican coastline. Here, she has thrived as a mom, entrepreneur, and community advocate.

In addition to her real estate focus on high-end residences and coastal properties, Carolina is recognized as a successful entrepreneur. She owns and operates an exclusive line of Macrame Designs. She is also mom to two young kids and enjoys spending time with them. A true beach soul and nature lover.

Carolina is committed to advocating and participating in community organizations and sustainable causes. Her years of experience in Business Administration have given her a broad knowledge, plus the ability to quickly understand and connect with her clients, in order to guide and support them in a clear and efficient way.
